Ludavico

LUDAVICO is an Australian alternative rock band from Brisbane, QLD. The band formed in 2006 by guitarist Nat Dash, bass guitarist Jimmy Harden and vocalist and rhythm guitarist Richie Harvey. In 2008, Nick Bedford joined to replace drummer George Browning.

In early 2009, Ludavico recorded their debut seven track EP titled Double Negative at James North Productions, St Lucia QLD. It was released in August 2009 and the band celebrated the release with a launch show on 27th March 2010 at The Globe Theatre in Brisbane, QLD followed by a short NSW/QLD tour. The EP is available on the website and through iTunes.

Ludavico is influenced by rock outfits such as Rage Against The Machine, Incubus and Muse and have played alongside many Australian bands including They Are Spies, Brittle, Finabah and Sleepers. The band has a dynamic, energetic rock presence with strong progressive rhythm and vocals.

Ludavico is in the process of writing a full-length album for 2010-11 while performing throughout Brisbane and South-East QLD.
